Villa Il Palagio is a development owned and managed by TUSCANIA Hotel Group – Villas and Historical Houses – www.tuscaniahotelgroup.com through its affiliated company Villa Il Palagio Sapa. TUSCANIA is the commercial brand of a group of companies holding vast properties in Tuscany and offering hotel and farmhouse accommodation to tourists from all over the world for over 20 years. TUSCANIA coordinates the activities of its own properties located either in the countryside surrounding Florence or on the coast South of Tuscany, in particular in Maremma and Elba Island. At present TUSCANIA manages about 200 units (rooms and apartments) in Tuscany, with a capacity exceeding 600 beds/night. TUSCANIA Hotel Group is wholly owned by a family with vast industrial interests in the textile and real estate fields.
