Whilst Imagine Mediterranean SL aims to take all reasonable steps to assist with any complications or commercial difficulties which may arise, we cannot be held responsible for them. Accordingly, your recourse will be solely against the relevant developer or vendor, and this arrangement is likely to be governed by the local law and not English law.
